Shipping Locations

We currently only ship to customers based in the United Kingdom. At this time we do not offer international shipping. 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship all orders via Royal Mail. 

At checkout, customers can select their preferred Royal Mail delivery option. 

Each option will clearly display:

  • The delivery method 
  • The estimated delivery timeframe 
  • The shipping cost 

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery option you select. Any applicable promotions or free shipping offers will be clearly shown before payment. 

Delays 

While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including:

  • Postal delays 
  • Weather conditions 
  • Peak periods such as holidays 

We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail once an order has been dispatched. 

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. 

We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply if an order needs to be resent.
